The Bourbon Zone:
Bourbon Steward: Jason Ball
(Founders Room)

Representing the Eastern Time Zone:

  • Whistle Pig: Vermont

    • Whistle Pig's PiggyBack 100 Proof Bourbon gives this bold approach to whiskey a sweeter spin.  It starts with a high Corn mash bill (keeping a dash of Rye of course). Six long years of age in Char #3 barrels adds layers of flavor before bottling at 100 Proof.
  • Widow Jane: New York
    • Hand assembled in Brooklyn using the richest and rarest straight bourbons, only ever in 5 barrel batches, non-chill filtered and proofed with mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of NY.  This bourbon is unique in its intensity & complexity.

Representing the Central Time Zone:

  • Still Austin: Texas

    • The sweetness of chef-grade white corn—the same kind used in Austin’s famous tortillas—complements the spiciness of this high-rye mash bill.
Representing the Mountain Time Zone:
  • Axe and the Oak: Colorado
    • Like a great song, a great bourbon will resonate with you long after experiencing it. Each bottle is barrel aged for three years allowing it to meld the rich oak and butter caramel taste with vanilla bean and work corn bread.
  • Smoke Wagon: Nevada
    • This high rye content bourbon is aged in the heart of a century-old brick warehouse . This bourbon has initial sweet notes on the front of the tongue with balanced spicy notes including white pepper on the middle and back of the tongue. This bourbon finishes with no alcohol burn even at 100 proof.
